All jewellery is made from 100% recycled metal
Lab-grown gemstones are used in combination with waste offcuts of natural stones
Made to order single-batch processes minimise waste
Handmaking techniques cut out wasteful industrial processes and energy useage
No animal products are used in the making process - unlike many jewellers who use animal fat based polishing compounds and leather tools
ERTSUL packaging is completely sustainably sourced (and 100% domestically recyclable)

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, RESIZING

ERTSUL has always striven for sustainability, longevity and product satisfaction.

ERTSUL is also a very small business, and all pieces are handmade, often to order. Meaning each piece is bespoke, and designed and crafted just for you.

This means that returns and resizings are really not ideal, as they use valuable time and often returned pieces cannot be resold due to their bespoke nature. Despite this, ERTSUL has always offered, and still does offer, resizing and exchanges, the terms of which will vary order to order.

This is because it is imperative to me that you are happy with your piece, it fits well and it is something you will treasure hopefully forever. Therefore, please be considerate and thorough when sizing, and know that full refunds will never be offered due to the time and dedication that goes into each piece, so please purchase responsibly.

ABOUT

ERTSUL was founded in 2021 by me, Charlie, a chemistry graduate turned self-taught jeweller (and now full-time school teacher).

Combining my learned scientific precision with an urge for creative exploration, ERTSUL quickly made its mark on the currently buzzing jewellery scene, rapidly gaining recognition for its maverick approach to an age-old craft.

With a commitment to evolution, I am now steering ERTSUL on a journey towards conscious design and refinement, aiming to craft pieces that are not just worn, but are cherished for generations - timeless and elegant objects that sing with beauty and craftsmanship.

Further still, with each piece I aim to produce an artefact that resonates with the deeper truths of existence and the unseen beauty that surrounds us all. It is my hope that this jewellery, and the billions of somehow perfectly configured atoms that it comprises, offers you a profound connection to the universe and your place within it.

UK shipping is free and via Royal Mail.
International shipping is £25, via Royal Mail.

Delivery times
UK shipping aim is 1 working day from dispatch.
International shipping aim is 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Current lead time for made to order pieces is 3-5 weeks.

REPAIRS

As part of ERTSUL’s commitment to sustainability, free repairs are offered on any pieces purchased from ERTSUL, provided the damage was accidental and the piece is in otherwise good condition.

Repolishing and finishing services are also available at a cost of £20 per piece (may vary depending on piece). To arrange this just contact via email or Instagram.

Repairs to non-ERTSUL jewellery are also possible, again just get in touch for a quote.
